Batch Of Why Do Anime Characters Look White Characters. This is a common question westerners have. As toshinou kyouko points out, tezuka's characters do not all look clearly white even though he adapted disney's style.
For whites, that color is pink and for asians, it is yellow. To the western world, anime characters don't look. I think that's pretty dumb and kind of unfair.
Why do we think, that anime characters are white?
I don't know why but 99 percent of anime characters i see seem caucasian. The only thing i don't get is that they are making a movie for dragonball z which is an anime yet they have very few asian actors in the film. Can someone explain to me the stylistic choices that cause this? Most people would say their characters look like japanese people.
